DUNEDIN VISIT.

Central bowlers look forward with pleasure to the annual visit of the Dunedin Centre team, for the good and sufficient reason that they arc invariably a jolly lot of fellows whom it is good to meet, both on and off the green. Last week’s visit proved as enjoyable as ever. Tho visitors won the match against the Centre at Clyde, while in club matches they won against Lawrence, Millers Fla% .Roxburgh, Wanaka and Cromwell-Ban-nockburn ; Clyde, Ranfurly, and Alexandra being the only clubs to defeat them. In addressing tire gathering at Clyde Mr W. Henaghan congratulated the Central clubs on the wonderful improvements in the greens. The players that visited Wanaka considered the green there as gooafas the Calie. On Thursday night they were entertained at Clyde at a euchre party and dance.
