Monday 29th July, 1929. Football In the third test match Anstralia beat the All Blacks by 15 to 13. At half-time the All Blacks were leading 13 to 9. In the closing stages N- Z. missed three easy chances of kicking penalties. Daiiey, Oliver and Nepia were unable to play. Hockey. in the test match on Saturday Australia beat N.Z-1 to nil. Boxing., Leckie Knocked Out. In tne Doxing match P. Sarron beat J- Leckie by knocking him out in the thirteenth round.
