On their own ground Clyde played Cromwell High on Satur day when Clyde won easily by 7 goals to nil- Spells of only 20 minutes were played. The goals were scored by H Keddell 5, O. Anscumbe 1 and D. Attfield 1. The exhibition of the game was gouo, H. AeddeJl playing a brilliant game
Alexandra High played Crom- > well Club on Saturday when the score was 7 to nil in the High’s favour. Next Saturday Alexandra High come to Clyde* On Saturday the Clyde school team went to Alexandra where they were defeated by 4to nil.' Alexandra B defeated Alexand ra High B by 5 to 1In a great game for the Beattie Cup on Friday Matakanui beat Lauder by 2 goals to one. The winners scored a goal from the bully-off, going right through. From then on it was very even, each getting one. St. Bathans beat Oturehua by 8 to one. Foolburn beat Moa Creek 6 to nil. The winners gave a great exhibition.
