ACCIDENT.
The infant son (aged 2-J years) of Mr and Mrs Lester of Matakanui was the victim of a serious accident on Wednesday last, which necessitated lus removal to the Dunstan Hospital The poor little chap was either kicked or trodden on by a horse, nobody saw the actual occurence- but he received a terrible gash across the forehead. On arrival at the hospital an operation was at once performed- The little sufferer is now doing as well as can be expected-
