Synthetic whisky says the London "rail Mall and Globe," a mixture of acetone and isopropyl alcohol added tor pnre ethyl alcohol, is the"latest "bootleg" concoction that is taking a toll of lives, according to Prohibition Commissioner Playnes. "Synthetic whisky is killing more people than would alcohol," declares Assistant Prohibition Director Rutter. "The isopropyl alcohol paralyses the nerve centres, while acetone lacerates the stomach It is the most dangerous liquor that we have had to contend with." That is what people drink under Prohibition. Vote Continuance and a regulated liquor trade.
