CLYDE TOWN TRUST.
A meeting of the Committee held on August 15th, 1922, held in the Town Hall Committee room, was attended by Messrs S. A. Stevens (chair), R- Bringans, J. L- Davidson, F. J. Bloy and H. E. StevensAn apology for non-attend-ance was received from Mr G. PKeddell. The Secretary was instructed to purchase 5 dozen cups and saucers. It was resolved to invite tenders for painting and renovating the hall and ante room, the latter to be boarded t. and g. dado 4ft above skirting boardThe Caretaker was granted a bonus of £5 on the motion of Messrs H. E. Stevens and J. L. Davidson. The Treasurer reported that there was a credit balance of j£l2o- - following accounts were passed for payment: — F. J. Bloy £l 8s 9d, J. H- Vercoe £3 is, W. Sutherland £2 5s 6d, R- Smart £5 1033 d, Stevens Bros. £4 ss, T- Wilkinson L 6 125.. The meeting then closed with a vote of thanks to the chair-
