VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ROLL OF RATEPAYERS FOR A * S RATING AREA FOR MATAKANUI IRRIGATION LOAN FOR F’AjRT OF MATAKANUI RIDING, CENT COUNTY. I PURSUANT to Section 3 o ’ Local Bodies Loans Act 1913 n °* ,c ® is hereby given that the Special RoM of Ratepayers for the Special Rating Area for Matakanui Irrigation Loan is open for public inspection at the Office of the Vincent County Council at Clyde, where it may be inspected without fee by all persons interested therein, during office hours until the twenty fourth day of August next, A copy of the Special Roll has also been deposited for Public inspection at the Railway Station, Omakau Any person whose name appears on the roll may object to any matter or thing contained in the said roll, or to the omission of any matter or thing from the said roll, and may forward notice thercot in writing to the local authority within seven days after the last day on which the roll was deposited as aforesaid. Such notice shall be in duplicate and shall state the grounds of objection, and also the full name and address ot the objector. Robt. M. Ray, County Clerk. Dated this 14th day of August, 19a*.
