J 1 have pleasure in thanking the residents of Matakanui and surrounding districts for their patronage during the past ten years, and 1 would ask them to extend the same support to my successor, Mr T. Our relations with our many customers have always been of the pleasantest and it Is with regret that we now terminate our business connection. In introducing our successor, Mr R. J. Mitchell, we can recommend him as a gentleman of high business ability, and sterling integrity, and we bespeak for him the same measure of support that has been accorded us in the past.
