Jeffery, applied for an occupation lease over section 21, block X, Leaning Rock district, formerly held under occupation lease by D. M’Connochie. —To he advertised, and warden to report. Application for reduction in rent in respect of 12 acres granted by the Warden for water-race and reservoir out of the land held under lease-in-perpetuity 364 by Charles C. Sanders, section 48, block 111, Cromwell district.—Hoard has no power to grant reduction. Consideration of the following applications for areas on Ida Valley run was held over pending inspection by Mr Wilmot, the Commissioner of Crown Lands Malcolm Isbister, 309 acres; John Bigwood, 600 acres ; William Brady, 400 acres ; John Stuart, Henry Graves, 50 acres ; William Marshall, 100 acres ; Peter Anderson, 440 acres; Mary Gavan, 54 acres; William Stuart, Ah Yee, 10 acres ; William Penglase. 640 acres. R. Rutherford applied to have an area set aside as a recreation ground. < R. A. J. Harrox wrote in connection with his application for an area on Matakanui run.—Application declined.
