1 The annual meeting of the Vincent Subunion, held at Clyde on Friday last, was | attended by Messrs Cahill (\lexandra) W. 1 Jolley (Cromwell), Swann and Miller (Lowbum), and S. A. Stevens (Clyde), j The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed, j The balance-sheet showing a credit of £2 5s Id, was read and adopted, The following office-bearers were appointed : —President, Mr W. Jelley ; Vicepresident, Mr J. Swann; Secretary, Mr S. A. Stevens ; auditor, Mr W. Abel. Selection committee—Held over for a future meeting. Correspondence Letter from Mr C. Hanning intimating that he did not intend taking an active part in football matters during the coming season.—llesolved that the secretary place on record an appreciation of Mr Hanning’s services to Rugby Football in Central Otago. The secretary of the Alexandra Club wrote asking permission to hold the usual I tournament on June 3rd.—Granted, I W. Parcell (Bannockburn Club) notified that his club would not be competing in Flag fixtures. —Secretary to write. Matakanui Football Club wrote that tneir delegates would not be able to attend the meeting. Messrs Cahill and Stevens were deputed to interview the Matakanui Club the following day.
