Two miles. No weight under list. Nomination, 20s, to he in the hands of the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. on Saturday, 21st July.. Handicaps will be declared on Ist September. The first acceptance, 20s, to be in the Secretary's hands not later than 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 22. The second acceptance of 20s to be in the hands of the secretary not later than 9 p.m. on 31st December, 1900. All horses nominated for this race must have been owned and in Vincent, Maniototo or Lake Counties prior to the lst day of January, 1900. RULES. The Trot will be run under the rules of the South Island Trotting Association. Penalties are estimated in accordance with Rule 35. All winners of any race after the handicap is declared may be re-handicapped. , Revise handicap (if any) will be declared on Monday, 31st December, 1900, before second acceptance is due.
