Application for an Agricultural Lease THEREBY give notice that I have applied to the Warden for a lease of land for agricultural purposes, situate and being on Block 1, Cairn Hill, and being sections 15 and 16, and comprising 47 acres 1 rood 22 poles or thereabouts, and that the said Application will be heard at the Warden’s office, Alexandra on October 25, 1875. Section 65, Hub-Section 1 • TENTH SCHEDULE. District of Clyde,’ September 29, 1875. To the District Land Officer’, Clyde. Thereby give notice that I intend to construct a WaterRace for irrigation and domestic purposes, commencing at a point in Dairy Creek, Cooper’s Gully, below M r Holden’s house, and terminating at my Agricultural Lease. The length of such race is half a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is North and South. The mean depth and breadth of such race is 14 x 12 inches, and it is capable of carrying one sluice head of water. •COLLINS TOUSAINT MARIE, By his Agent, GEORGE FACHE.
