The Premier t\o-day 'received a cablegram from Sir Alfred M*lne_, dated December 7th, as folio ws-:—-'•' Frilled, 394 Jennings ; stigb tly wounded, 507 Collins, N.Z. Mounted Rifles, at "Reitiontein." Another cable message states that Lierten&int J. H. Ross is on the Aberdeen, wiiich left Capetown on Friday. Tr-oper W. A. ffeonings was attached to She Second Contingent. His father, Mr J. Jennings, resides at Wanganui. Trooper Collins, reported slightly wounded, also left with the Second. His home is at Invercargill.
