United Press Association. By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received Dec. 10, 9.28 a.m.) Sydney, This day. At a conference at Newcastle between the coal-owners and the miners' representatives amicable arrangements were made with regard to the future. It is definitely announced that tbe selling price oi: cr. ul from the beginning of next year will be eleven shillings per ton.
