The s.s- Britannic, with the Federal Contingent, leaves Melbourne on the return voyage on January 12th, reaches Hobart on the 14th, sails on the 16th, touches Albany on the 21st,. and reaches Southampton on February 21st. Sydney, This day. The liTorth German Lloyds Company have placed the mammoth liner Gross dec Kurfurst at the disposal of the Government for the reception of a hundred distinguised guests. The company will treat the guests as their own. The Government have accepted the offer. Mr €. P. Layard, AttorneyGeneral of Ceylon will represent that colony. A hundred West Australian troops will come over.
