A sequel to the charges of Sunday ■entertaining againt Walter Bbnt'evjcanie iefore the S.M. to-day, when the Opera House Company were charged with allowing the building to be for a Sunday performance. The case was leari under the city by-law, and a'ter much legal argument; a conviction was entered, with a fine of 20s and costs £2 12a. An undertaking was given that _±here should be no more pei formances the case was settled on appeal.
