(Received Au?. 6, 9.5 a.m.) London, Aug. 5. It is officially announced that Commandant Ollivier commands 1500 men, who are occupying a position between Harrismith and Newmarketrand. Ollivier claims that he iri not bound by Prinsloo's surrender, and intends to continue the war.
