THE LATEST FROM PEKIN.
Report from the Tsung-li-Yamen.

London, Aug. 3
A despatch from Hong Kong states that the Tsung-li-Yamen reports that the Ministers were safe on July 80th, and were conferring with them with regard to arrangements for the journey to Tientsin.
Other official accounts state that the Ministers are being held as hostages, and will be killed if the allies advance.
