FIGHTING NEAR BETHLEHEM.

Slight Casualties.
(Received July 25, 9 a.m.) London, July 24
On Saturday last a smart fight took place ten miles west of Bethlehem, in which' the Berkshire Militia, a portion of the Imperial Yeomanry, and some artillery took part. The movement was directed against a strong position on a hill held by the enemy, but did not succeed, the attacking party failing to dislodge the Boers.
The Yeomanry sustained ten casualties.
