Auckland, Last night. The barque Prasmere, whioh left Kaipara on tbe 2S h June for Sydney, put into Whatgaroa jesterday short of provisions. She was unable to get away from the New Zealand coast owing to tho strong prevailing westerlies, and the provisions running low she put into Whangaroa, and after receiving supplies, tailed again to-day for Sydney.
