AtroKiiAND, Last night. An open verdict was retu-ned in the case of an infant found dead on an allotment near Hobson street, the cause of death being unknown.
Wellington, Last night. A Frenoh polisher named iiiohard Uoodwin, a bachelor, aged 50, fell down in the street to-day and died without recovering consciousness.
Dunedin, Laßt night. Ernest Love, aged about 22, mailman between Cphir and Ida Valley, was discovered dead this morning with his arm looped over the axle of the sulky he had been driving. He left Ophir yesterday afternoon, and. was evidently frozen to death.
