The Legislative Assembly is (till sitting, and no progress ia being made with the business, owing to the obstructive tactics of the Opposition. The Speaker applied the olosure to Mr Thomas Rose, member for Argyle, who was making a stono wall Bpeeoh, and had spoken for three hours.
