The combined club run of the Wanderers and Heretaunga Clubs last Sunday to Apperly, a small station about two milee beyond Pukotapu, wes a great success, about twenty members turning m> alto gether. The "ordinance" nearly killed the council, •who, according to the published report of the meeting, " adjourned for sundry refreshments."
