BOWERMAN BROS. V. RIDDLE.

The Justices of the Peace gave judgment for defendant with full costs in the case of Bowerman Bros. v. Riddle. The Bench held that the signature on the contract was not that of defendant, and that the signature on the patron list was obtained by fraudulent misrepresentation. An application for leave to appoal was refused.
