Work on the training track is now in full swing. This morning Whimbrel did a mile and a half in 2min oOfsec in splendid style. Survivor maintained a load over Royal Mail in a five furlongs dash. King Olaf traversed a mile on the tan in lmin 49-j sec. Carrington and Laverock ran home over five furlongs in lmin Bsec. All these horses are in the hoight of condition, Whimbrel having got as quiot as a sheep. Mr Gollan's team have arrived at Caulfield, and Mr Oxenham's at Flomington.
