IN consequence of the Government having called attention to the non-compliance of the Special Order passed on the 7th day of April inst. with the conditions of the "Local Bodies Finance Act, 1886," Ihereby give notice that a Special Meeting of the ' Board will be held at 4 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 4th day of May proximo, when I shall move— Ist.
