NOTICE is hereby. given that it is the intention of the Napier Harbor Board during the next session of the General Assembly to promote the passing of a Bill, by which the boundaries ef the Harbor Reserve known as the Ahuriri Lagoon shall be more accurately defined than at present. And also to give power t® the Napier Harbor Board to fill in and reclaim part of the said Ahuriri Lagoon; and the whole or any part of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and to construct and maintain such works thereon, as. may be necessary for such purpose. And also to give power to the Nupier, Harbor Board to raise money on mortgage to the extent of £30,000 on the security of parts of the said Ahuriri Lagoon and the Whare-o-maraenui Block and the rents theresf respectively for the purpose aforesaid. And also power for the said Board to sbll and dispose of 200 acres of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and to apply the proceeds of sale in liquidation of tho loan by the said Bill authorised to be raised.
