Any person who considers himself or herself aggrieved by their name being omitted from the Roll of tho Ridings, or the numbtr of votes allotted to him or her, may, on or before the last day of May appeal for relief at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Napier. NEW ZEALAND (TO WIT). In the matter of a Bill intituled <'The Napier Harbor Board Amondment and Endowment Improvement Act, 1887." NOTICE is hereby. given that it is the intention of the Napier Harbor Board during the next session of the General Assembly to promote the passing of a Bill, by which the boundaries ef the Harbor Reserve known as the Ahuriri Lagoon shall be more accurately defined than at present. And also to give power t® the Napier Harbor Board to fill in and reclaim part of the said Ahuriri Lagoon; and the whole or any part of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and to construct and maintain such works thereon, as. may be necessary for such purpose. And also to give power to the Nupier, Harbor Board to raise money on mortgage to the extent of £30,000 on the security of parts of the said Ahuriri Lagoon and the Whare-o-maraenui Block and the rents theresf respectively for the purpose aforesaid. And also power for the said Board to sbll and dispose of 200 acres of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and to apply the proceeds of sale in liquidation of tho loan by the said Bill authorised to be raised. Bill, with a plan of tho said Ahuriri Lagoon and the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and a plan of the 200 acres of the latter Block reserved for sale; and also a plan showing what portions of the two blocks it is purposed to fill in and reclaim; also a statement of the financial position 'of the promoters of the Bill, an estimate of the cost of construction of the proposed works/and an estimate of the increased revenue to be derived from; said works are now deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court/at Napier, aadere open to inspection.
