Messrs C. B. Hoadloy and Co. report •"Raving , sold this afternoon the lute Mr Burkes farm at Papakura, consisting of 44 acres, to Mr Harpham, at £42 per acre. Considering the beauty of the property and its situation the low price obtained was disappointing. Mr Bennett's and Mr H. L. Donnelly's Pnpakura properties did not quite reach the reserves and were passed in, and are now open for private sale.
