Tho conference of representatives of tho Great Powers is proceeding daily. Count yon Radowitz, wlm represents Germany, is striving to reconcilo the divergent views of England and Russia.
Muktar Pasha has been appointed as the Turkish Commisioner to proceed to Egypt for tho purposo of acting in conoert with Sir Henry Drummond Wolff, British Envoy Extraordinary.
