Novombor 8. News from Burmah states that King Thoobaw has received tho ultimatum presented to him by Mr Bernard, tho British High Commissioner. It is .further announced that tho French and Italian con- ' - suls havo strongly counselled tho King to comply with tho demands set forth in tho ultimatum, but Theebaw persists in adopting a bellicose attitude.
