The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Tnrawera, Captain Scott, arrived in tho roadstead from Sydney aud northern ports nt an early hour this morning. Sho received her passengers at 10.30 a.m., and f.t 11 o'clock steamed on hor courso southwards. Mr Dalglush, her purser, kindly fnvorod us with tho following report:— Loft Sydney 29th ult. at 5 p.m., and arrived at Auckland at 8 p.m. 3rd inst. ; left at 1 p.m. ou sth inst, and arrived at Gisborne nt 1 p.m. on the Cth ; left at G p.m., and arrived as abovo. Fino weather throughout. Tho s.s. Waihora, Captain Edio, steamed into tho bay from Wellington at 10.-15 a.m. this day. Sho was tendered as usual. Passengers by her for Northern ports leave tho breastwork at 5 p.m. Tho s.s. Southern Cross steamed for Gisborne and Auckland at 6.30 o'clock last night. The s.s. Go-Ahead steamed for coast and Wellington at 6 o'clock hist evening. The s.s. "Wairoa steamed for Wairoa at 10 o'clock this morning. Tho s.s.
