SUPREME COURT, DUNEDIN.
Dunedin, Yesterday. Beattie Avas placed in the dock charged with the murder of Sarah Beattie or Adams.
The prisoner was tried three months ago on the same charge, and the jury being unable to agree a fresh trial was ordered. Mr O'Meagher, of Oamaru, defended the prisoner, Avho pleaded not guilty. While selecting a jury the CroAvn challenged, one and the prisoner eleven jurymen.
