Such Designs to be fn accordance with conditions which will be supplied on application. A premium of five hundred pounds will be given for the Design which is selected and approved by the Judges, who will be Engineers of good standing. Plans of the present Harbor, the Roadstead, and Bay, which have been prepared for the purpose, and which will be accompanied with all necessary data, will be supplied on application to the Engineer to the Board at Napier.
