Sir Julius and Lady Vogel were passengers per Rotomahana to-day. The Mayor and Corporation of Campbelltown, acsompanied by several leading citizens, presented Sir Julius with an address of welcome on board. Tbe address referred to his eminent services previous to leaving New Zealand and as Agent-General. Sir Julius expressed the great gratification given him by such an expression of good feeling, coming as he did unexpectedly and before landing in New Zealand, and assured them that, whether present or absent, he always bad New Zealand at heart. He left by special train at 9 a.m. for Dunedin.
