[To the Editor of the Daily Telegbaph.] g ltt) _Can you or any of your readers tell me anything about the Hastings AthenEeum ? A site is given, eighty pounds collected for racing have been paid over, about as much more (I believe) in subscriptions promised, which, if not already collected, only wants asking for, and still > P r ' no sign. Where is that affable and enterprising young man the secretary ? Is he dead, or only dormant ?—I am. &c, KIMIK. December 9, 1882.
