At a sitting of the Austro-Hungarian Delegation to-day the attitude of the Russian Government was brought under discussion. Count Kalooky, Minister of Foreign Affairs, remarked during the debate that the peaceful opinions which were known to be entertained by the Czar regarding European politics were a guarantee that the policy of Russia would tend toward the preservation of peace in Europe.
