[We conclude our report of the above meeting commenced in last issue.] TEIAL PLATE, Of 30 Bora., for two-year-olds; distance, h mile. Mr Allan M'Lean's b f Robina, Bat 51b 1 Mr G. P. Donnelly's br f WaewaeTika, Bst 51b 2 Mr Wm. Douglas' b f Nymph, Bst 51b 3 A very poor start was effected, Robina being iv front at the post, and getting away with the lead never allowed the others to come near her. Won easily. MAIDEK PLATE, Of 50 soys ; weight for age ; winner of Guineas to carry 71bs penalty: distance, 1£ miles. Captain Russell's eh f Leonora, 7st 61b 1 Mr Reihana'e br m Kuni, Bst 131b (carried 9st lib) ... . ... 2 Mr Allan McLean's b g Kingaek, Bst lib, including 71b penalty 3 Yankee, Waewae Tika, Mahanga, Lubra, and Te Ata also started. Mr McDonald's Patriarch-Hatred gelding and Jones , Ohikakarewa were scratched. Te Ate again proved refractory at the poet, and it was with difficulty that a etart was effected. Leonora, Kingask, and Waewae Tika made the running at the commencement, followed by Yankee, Kuni, Mahanga, and Lubra, with Te Ata (who bolted once round tbe course prior to the race,) bringing up the rear. Coming into the straight Kuni took second place and challenged Leonora, whom, however, she was unable to catch, and the latter cantered home an easy winner. For this race Lubra was much fancied. TLTING HANDICAP, Of 75 soys. Second horse to receive 15 soys from the stake. Distance, | mile. Mr P. Martin's br m Mischief, 9st ... 1 Captain Russell's br g Kincraig, 7st 91b 2 W. H. Chittam's b g Dan, 6st Blb ... 3 Merlin, Rangipo, Frederica, and Ohikakarewa also started. Prim, Waewae Tika, and Firefly were scratched. This race was a moral for Mischief, who was never headed from the start, and who came home in a cauter half a length from Kincraig. Dan had a bad start, and made an indifferent third. HACK RACE, Of 15 soys. No weight under 9st. Hereteunga 1 Brunette 2 Whio 3 Won easily. This concluded the day's sport, which, so far, came off without any serious mishap, and, save a number of drunken brawls between Europeans and Maoris, there was nothing to mar the harmony of the meeting. The Artillery Band, under the leadership of Bandmaster Tancred, was present during the whole of the day, and enlivened the proceedings with some excellent music.
