The Rev. Mr Izitt, who has been recently advocating the strict enforcement of the Licensing Act on Sundays, has been subjected to a dastardly outrage. A bottle of powder, placed under his buggy in his stable at night, exploded, but did only nominal damage. The rev. gentleman offers £5 reward for the conviction of the offender.
