SYDNEY.
September 27. In the Legislative Assembly last night a resoulution was agreed to in faror of the opening of the Art Gallery on Sundays. The Government, with the view of obviating possible danger to the city, has decided to remove from Goat Island, in the Parrarnatta river, the bulk of the gunpowder at preeent stored there.
