September 25. It is stated that Mr Dalgleieb, Clerk of the R.M. Court at Cromwell, succeeds Mr Stratford aa Warden at Greymouth.
In the divorce case of Winton v. Winton and Joseph Patrick the decree nisi has been made absolute, with costs againet the correspondent.
