WANGANUI.
October 31. Thirty-two volunteers from Marton under the command of Captain Harris, 35 from Fielding under Captain Lethbridge, and 32 from Palmerston under Lieutenant Marsh, arrived in Wanganui by train this morning, and will embark with the Wanganui contingent by the steamer Manawatu for Opunake this afternoon. The combined infantry force from Wanganui numbers about ISO men.
