Public Notice. TO THE ELECTORS AND INHABITANTS O<F NAPIER AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS. Ladies and Gentlemen— I take this early opportunity of announcing my return from Markets. Having personally selected a CHOICE STOCK OF NEW SPRING GOODS, together with a large parcel of Men's, Youths', and Boys' Clothing of a superior quality, all of which MUST BE CLEARED OUT AT ONCE, Regardless of Cost. This I'm compelled to do, as I have beenidvised by this mail of a Lai'ge Stock of SPRING AND SUMMER GOODS, specially selected for me in Glasgow, London and Manufacturing districts, and shipped per tho Peninsular and Oriental mail steamer which left London on the 29th July. These Goods I did not expect for two months yet; but as they are coming by Mail Steamer, should arrive here in a week or so. Tliis will make my Stock much larger than it ought to be : consequently I must clear out the New Goods I have just opened up, at extraordinary LOW PRICES. All my new Prints will be cleared out at 6d, Bd, and lOd, worth from 2d to 4d per yard more. All my new Dress Goods will be cleared out at 6d, Bd, lOd, and Is ; worth 4d to 6d per yard more. All Wool Dress Goods will be cleared at Is, Is 3d, and Is 6d ; well worth 2s Gd A few Ladies' Costumes very cheap. Large stock of Ladies' and Children's Underclothing, Skirts, and Corsets, the best value ever offered in Napier. Children's Frocks, Pellises, Blouses, Sun Hats, etc., very Cheap. A large lot of Hosiery, Gloves, Ribbons and Laces, at extremely low prices. Men's, Youths', and Boys' Clothing, all new and sound, equally cheap. INSPECTION INVITED. A.
