AUCKLAND.
October 12.
An Anglo-Israel Association was formed here last night. At the civil sessions of the Supreme Court yesterday tbe case of Campbell versus Hosie was heard. It was an action to recover a mining claim at Awharoa which the plaintiff averred he bad sold to defendant on a false representation. Shortly after tbe sale the claim became of »reat value. The jury found a verdict for the defendant on all the issues.
