VIENNA.
August 4. A meeting took place to-day at Gastein, in Upper Austria, between the Emperors William of Germany and Francis Joseph of Austria. No particulars of the interview have transpired. August 5. Intelligence has been received from Gartein where the meeting yesterday took place between the Emperors of Germany and Austria, that the Emperor Francis Joseph will to-morrow have interviews with a number of the minor sovereigns of German States who are now on a visit to the town. The object of these meetings has not transpired.
