WELLINGTON.
June 6. The Appeal Court sat again to-day. In re the case of McKay v. O'Connor the appeal was allowed, and it was decided that the rule varying the order of tbe Court made by Mr Justice Gillies be set aside. In the cases of Sable v. Page and others; and the Colonia l Bank v. Sergeant, the appeals were dismissed with costs. In the case of Edwards v. Owen, judgment was given for defendant in error.
