Kowp, Brodic, and Mcllhone, thu cominittoo appointed at tho mooting held a few <lays ago have been more successful than any per&on imagined in their negotiations. They, accompanied by Mr. Dnwai and Mr Murray, met tho Queen of Beauty shareholders to day. Tho latter agieed to attend a meeting of all the companies inteiested, and abide tho decision of that meeting either as regards submitting the dispute to an arbitrator, or, if the meeting decides that they should contribute, they vul at cmco proceed to fix tho amount. 'Ihia haa proved so far satisfactory, that the directoiH of the Bright Smile at once resumed pumping.
