CIVIL CAUSE LIST.
The following -are the civil causes set down for hearing at the termination of the Criminal session :— Lincoln v. Dent : Mr. Brookfield for the plaintiff, and Mr. Hesketh for the defendant. Eussell v. Hannaford : Messrs. Jackson and Russell for the plaintiff, and Mr. BuOdle for the defendant. Beddoes v. Cochrane and others : Mr. Richmond for the - plaintiff, and Mr. Rees for the defendants. | Keir v. Green Harp Goldmining Company : Mr. Richmond for the plaintiff, and Mr. Buddie for the defendants. Angus v. Kewin : Mr. Meyer for the plaintiff, and Mr. Thorne for the defendant. There is one case set down for hearing in the Divorce Court, McPherson v. McPherson. Mr. Hesketh is to appear for the petitioner, and the respondent is, we believe, to be unrepresented by counsel.
