THE PEARL-FISHING COMPANY.
A meeting of the promoters , of the PearlFishing Company was held at Captain Clay* ton's office yesterday. The objeots and prospects of the company were discussed, . , when- Captain Elliott proposed that a PeaHFishing Company be formed and prorisional directors be appointed ;' the' capital of the company to bo£5;000, in 500 shares of £10 each ; £2 to be paid on application, and £3 "oh allotment. Mr. J. H. Willitmg'swonded the. motion, whioh was, carried. The follow* ing, gentlemen were then appointed provisional directors":'— Messrs. T. Williams, J. H. 'WilliamB,. and Captain'MUott.
