The sale of hides, wool, skins, aiid flax, held yesterdaj', at the Hayraarket, was fairly attended by buyers. Both hides and wool were in better demand than for some time, and brought advanced prices. Well-salted hides and calfskins realised 3|d the lb.; wet sheepskins, 2s Sd each ; dried skins, 4jd to 6d the 1b.,; wool in grease,-'- s£d to S.|d the lb. For tow no offer was given.
