Mr. Alfred Buckland's Report.— At the Haymarket on Saturday last very few horses were offered : there was no variation in values. Oats brought 7s 6d the cental ; ryegrass seed, 2s 6d the bushel. At Kemuera on Thursday, dairy cows met with a steady demand at last week's prices. Dry cows were easier in price ; calves sold more freely ; two-year-old steers were dull of sale. Fat cattle were in full supply— lso head sold : they were of good quality, and sold freely at prices varying from 22s to 26s the 1001b. Fat sheep were in moderate supply and met with a steady sale at last week's rates. Lambs were in short supply, but scarcely so salable as for a few weeks past. Pigs were in request, and sold freely ; but without improvement in value over past mai'kefcs. The followiug were the prices realised :— Cows at calving, 7?, to 102. ss ; store cows, from 21. each ; weaned calves, 26s to 30s ; yearlings, 34s to 60s ; two-year-olds, from Zl. 15s .each ; fat cattle, an average of 24s the cental ; sheep, near 21 d the lb. ; pigs, 4d the lb. Hunter and Nolans Report.— Horses : The market lus been well stocked with most descriptions, and sales of medium and lowpriced were more numerous than of late. At auction, ou Saturda}*, above the average offered ; there was a large attendance of buyer?, and considerably above (-he average ■umber were sold. Some very good young draught stock were withdrawn, sellers dcclin° ing to transact at present prices. We quote hacks from 6/. to 9L 10* ; light harness horses from IK 10a to 15J. each. Cattle :

For dairy and store stock there has been an improved demand ; for fat beasts and really prime, an advanced rate has been obtained.
